Dieterle Memorial Home & Cremation Ceremonies

Over the last ten years, the Dieterle family has been at my family's side on four occasions during difficult times. I have lost my nephew, sister, brother-in-law, and recently my dad. Each time, Bridgette & team provided guidance, compassion, and reassurance that everything was going to be okay. As for my dad, I contacted Bridgette (& Cindy) about two years ago asking for assistance in planning both my dad's and mom’s funerals prior to admitting them to a nursing home (spend-down). I told her that I had a small budget to work with for two funerals. She reassured me that we would work something out. A few days later, my dad and mom’s funerals were planned and paid for. It was a great feeling to get this done on so many levels. Two weeks later I admitted my parents into a nursing home. During those two years, I was able to save more of their money and added more amenities (flowers, marker, upgrades, etc) for my parents' funerals. Once my dad’s time had come on August 31st, 2023, to go to heaven, I called Bridgette to tell her the sad news. Talking to her was like talking to a loving family member. She told me not to worry about a thing and that the Dieterle Team would take care of everything. She sent her colleague Roy to the nursing home to get my dad. Roy was another person who was with us for the entire funeral and continuously provided comfort and words of wisdom. Then it was time to finalize the funeral plans, which were seamless. When my siblings and I suggested an idea, Bridgette's response was always, “Absolutely, we can do that”. The funeral was a beautiful 1-day celebration of my dad’s life. I will forever be grateful for Bridgette and the Team! I have attached a picture that I took during my dad’s eulogy. I had everyone send my dad hearts for all the good he did on this Earth. I feel extremely grateful for choosing Dieterle Memorial Home to help us through the most difficult time of our lives. We held a service for my daughter who passed away last month. Bridgette was sincere and compassionate and explained every step of this process to us. As parents we were not prepared to say goodbye to our baby but Dieterle truly provided a warm and safe space to say our final goodbye to our beloved Valentina. I will always remember the way Bridgette honored our wishes even when we changed our mind about something at the very last minute. I am grateful for choosing Dieterle Memorial home and will always hold a special place in my heart for Bridgette.

The service that Bridgette provided our family was amazing! From the moment we met, Bridgette was extremely kind to our family. She was very professional, compassionate, and attentive, She listened to our wishes and handled all of the details of my aunt's service flawlessly. My family and I appreciated that so much, especially at such a difficult time in our lives. Elizabeth and Bridgette have followed up with me to see how my family and I have been doing since my aunt died. To me, that is going above and beyond.

I could not have been more pleased from the beginning of this process to the end with Dieterle Memorial. Bridgette was beyond kind, caring and helpful as well as the rest of the staff. She handled everything with professionalism and compassion. Dieterle went above and beyond and that is exactly what you need and want when going through such a difficult time in your life. Although this was a very difficult time for our family, everyone at Dieterle was so helpful and understanding. Our wishes were respected. Our funeral director,Bridgette, was the best. She was available always. Caprice captured our loved one’s essence. Thank you so much! Tim was great and very helpful. They truly have a calling for this work. They helped guide us in such a difficult time. Always making our wishes a priority and being upfront about costs. Although we hope we don’t have to use their services for a long time, it’s reassuring that we can count on them. They have great service, compassion, and empathy. I can only speak great things about Dieterle memorial home. They did an amazing job with the services for the passing of our son Caleb. Bridgette and her team went above and beyond to create what we had envisioned. The passing of a young person is tough for everyone but they made the process manageable and did it with such grace. The venue was perfect and were so accommodating of all of our requests and even last minute changes/additions. We are forever grateful for all of the people who went above and beyond during a difficult time.

This is a beautiful location for services and the Dieterle staff did an amazing job for our family. My mom looked beautiful, the room was lovely, and they did a great job of letting visitors know when the services were ended and what was happening next (the Mass, then the funeral). They packed up all the pastries and drinks which were leftover and had them ready for us to take home at the end of the day. They were kindness and perfection and made the whole ordeal much more pleasant.
